Retirement Savings Plans (RSPs)
It's never too late (or too early) to start thinking about saving for your retirement. Around here, it's something we think about a lot (YOUR retirement, not ours). And that's why we offer you a variety of options to help you save your money. You'll find flexible options, no fees, and high interest.
Please note that when we say "RSP" - we do mean "RRSP". What's the difference you ask? We eliminated one of the R's since that's the way most people say it - RSP. Just another little way we keep things simple. So don't worry, our RSP is indeed a Registered Retirement Savings Plan once it's registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). And it really does grow.
RSP Investment Savings Account (RSP ISA)
Saving for retirement has never been easier. Plus, enjoy all the benefits of our Investment Savings Account in a retirement saving account.
RSP Guaranteed Investment (GIC) up to
Saving for retirement? Earn higher interest: competitive rates, no minimums, no fees and a cashable (early redemption) interest rate that's higher than most savings accounts.
RSP Short Term Guaranteed Investment (GIC) up to
Saving for retirement or just trying to beat the tax man? A great place to park your money for the short term. Earn higher interest with no minimums.
RSP Mutual Fund Account
Retiring made easy. The account designed to help you put money aside now so you can plan for your retirement.
RIF Mutual Fund Account
When you're ready for retirement income, a RIF Mutual Fund Account allows you to draw the income you need while continuing to help you grow your investments. Think of it as an RSP in reverse.
Retirement saving plans are too important to your financial future to miss out on, just because you didn't have enough money on hand by the RSP deadline. That's why we have RSP loans.
Savings Account and GIC rates are annualized and are current as of today's date and are subject to change without notice. Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly in the case of our Savings Accounts; and is calculated daily and paid at maturity on a GIC.
