To place a transaction online

Now you can buy and sell Streetwise Fund units from the comfort of your computer any time of the day. What’s more, you can set-up an Automatic Savings Program (ASP) on your Streetwise Fund online and Move Your Money from other accounts into your Streetwise Fund.

To place a transaction via phone

Call one of our Mutual Fund Associates at 1-877-700-1737, between 8am to 8pm ET, Monday to Friday. Have your Client Number and PIN handy.

To pay for your purchases

You can pay for your purchases via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) by transferring the amount you want to invest from any of these sources:

• Your external bank account which is linked to your mutual fund account
• Your existing ING DIRECT accounts

To ensure that you receive today's closing price for your mutual fund order, the following order cut-off time must be observed:

Buy, sell and switch orders must be received by 2:00p.m. (ET)

Mutual fund orders received after 2:00 p.m. (ET) will be processed on a best effort basis for the same day, but may be processed on the following trade day.

When selling mutual funds from your ING DIRECT Mutual Fund Account, the funds will be transferred to your linked account, usually within 5 business days.
